Simply keeping yourself in basic shape does wonders for your 'performance' in any number of ways. Watch what you eat, take care not to overdose yourself with cortisol through one too many ravings against 'Those People', etc. Just don't overindulge in general; and you should be able to adequately 'kick it' well into your sixties or even seventies. Or maybe it's too feminist for you to accept the fact that a Man In Charge cannot simply take what he wants when he wants it without at least natural repercussions, if not social ones.
